Role
We are seeking an experienced model audit professional that is passionate about financial modelling and driven by growth. The role will involve leading, developing and inspiring a team of modelling professionals to review financial models ensuring they are robust and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Lead in the growth and development of the model audit team (In Country)
- Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments
- Provide strategic guidance and insight into the delivery of assignments
- Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model
- Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Lead in the planning of resources across the team
- Develop and inspire a market‑leading team
- Instill a collaborative, high‑performing culture
- Lead in the growth of the model audit practice (In Country)
- Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business
- Lead in the development of client pitches
Qualifications & Skills

- A respected leader within the model audit sector
- In‑depth expertise in Project Finance
- 10+ years of relevant experience in financial model audit, currently at a senior level within an established practice
- In‑depth understanding of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification beneficial
- Degree qualified in a numerate discipline; a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial
- Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard desirable
