Director Human Resources Operations

In Aqualia France, we are currently looking for a Director of Human Resources Operations, based in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and alignment of HR strategic priorities for our France operations with significant growth potential in the coming years.
• Support, in close coordination with local and group stakeholders, the implementation of key HR initiatives, ensuring coherence with global standards while taking into account the local legal and regulatory environment.
• Bring expertise in labor law, contributing to the structuring and evolution of labor-related approaches across the Zone. Provide guidance on the interpretation and application of labor frameworks, ensuring alignment with both corporate principles and local requirements.
• Collaborate on labor relations topics, supporting consistency in practices and contributing to the preparation and framing of discussions with employee representative bodies where relevant.
• Contribute to the design and rollout of cross-functional HR projects, including areas such as performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Participate in governance forums and committees, contributing to broader discussions related to people, organization, and workplace environment.
• Promote alignment with the company’s policies and values, supporting a consistent and compliant employee experience across the Zone.
• Contribute to additional transversal initiatives as required within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Requirements:

Education: Degree in Law or a related field.

Required Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in managing labor relations and local labor legislation within a multinational company.

Languages:

• Native French
• Good level of Spanish and/or English (mandatory)
