Director, HRBP — France & Europe Strategy Partner

Revolution Medicines, a late-stage oncology biotech, seeks a Director, HRBP for France to lead the country people agenda and partner with regional and global HR teams. The role drives strategic people initiatives, organizational design, leadership development and culture in France.

You will partner with the VP General Manager and the France Leadership Team to ensure alignment with Europe HR priorities while adhering to local regulations and labor practices.
