bi3 seeks a Director, Programs and Partnerships to lead grantmaking and strategic collaboration across grantees, TriHealth, and community partners in Greater Cincinnati.

You will cultivate trusted relationships, identify opportunities aligned with Accelerating Birth Equity, Improving Youth Mental Health, and Health Equity and Innovation initiatives, and oversee a diverse portfolio of grants to reduce health disparities.
