Director, Global Health Strategy & Category Excellence

Lesaffre International seeks a Director of Strategy & Health Category Excellence to shape the BU’s future, align with group strategy, and drive measurable outcomes. You will lead strategy development, participate in governance with senior leaders, and ensure execution of high-impact health initiatives.

In this global role, you’ll collaborate with R&D, marketing, regulatory, and operations teams, and oversee a world-class health category framework with clear KPIs, milestones, and budgets.
