Director, Head of Field Medical Oncology – Paris (Hybrid)

Lead Regeneron’s field medical oncology organization in France and serve as a key medical leader within Global Medical Affairs. The role directs in‑country medical and clinical activities, aligns local execution with global strategy, and strengthens Regeneron’s scientific presence across oncology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a field medical oncology team across France.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members for strong execution.
  • Guide compliant medical initiatives, field activities, and performance metrics.
  • Support clinical development through site identification and investigator engagement.
  • Coordinate support for IIS proposals, AOIs, and potential EAP activities.
  • Partner with Medical Directors on congresses, symposia, and advisory boards.
  • Provide field medical insight to launch readiness, market access, and lifecycle plans.

Qualifications

  • PhD, PharmD, MD, DVM, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of relevant Medical Affairs Oncology experience, including experience as a Field Medical Manager in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with oncology areas, especially lung and skin cancer.
  • Strong knowledge of in‑country Medical Affairs and Clinical Development and understanding of the local healthcare environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50%.
  • Preferred: immuno‑oncology, experience with new product launches in country, and established external network with key opinion leaders in lung and skin cancer.
