Team

We’re seeking a strategic and operationally strong Director EMEA Field & Customer Marketing to lead regional marketing across EMEA.

This role is critical to our next stage of growth and will directly contribute to pipeline, revenue, and customer expansion. You’ll oversee a team of field and customer marketers and a matrixed organization of partner marketing, and work closely with Sales, Partner, Product, and Growth Marketing teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.

Missions

Field & Regional Marketing

  • Build and lead the EMEA field marketing strategy aligned with sales goals and territory needs.
  • Develop and execute regional campaigns including in-person and virtual events, executive programs, and account‑based initiatives in close collaboration with the Growth Marketing team.
  • Align tightly with EMEA sales leadership to prioritize target accounts, territories, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
  • Drive customer advocacy and expansion through targeted programs, testimonials, case studies, and references.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing to support onboarding, retention, and upsell initiatives.

Partner Marketing

  • Work closely with partner marketing to define and execute the strategy for EMEA, in collaboration with the Strategic Partner team.
  • Create joint campaigns and programs with key partners (e.g., cloud providers, resellers, SI/channel).
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team.
  • Partner with Brand, Content, and Growth Marketing leaders.
  • Bring strong planning, pipeline forecasting, and budget discipline to ensure team efficiency and ROI.

  • Direct impact on pipeline creation and acceleration across strategic accounts and territories.
  • Strong alignment with sales and partner teams with joint planning and execution.
  • Growth in customer advocacy and contribution to expansion revenue and increased NRR.
  • Strong collaboration with marketing leadership to drive cohesive campaign execution and contribute to shared pipeline goals.
  • A trusted, visible leader within the Marketing and Go-to-Market leadership team.

Skills

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years leading field, customer, and/or partner marketing teams.
  • Proven success partnering with regional sales leaders and building programs that drive revenue.
  • Experience in high‑growth B2B SaaS, ideally with a mix of enterprise and mid‑market go‑to‑markets.
  • Deep understanding of account‑based marketing, executive engagement, and multi‑channel field programs.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with global campaign, content, and partner marketing teams.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience managing regional budgets and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communicator and team leader who can inspire and develop talent.
