Director, Enterprise CXM Platform & Strategy

Quadient is seeking a Director of Product & Strategy, CXM Flex, to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the CXM Flex portfolio across on‑premise, self‑hosted, and managed services. You will lead a small Product Management team and collaborate with R&D, Customer Success, and Sales to drive modernization and AI-enabled capabilities while ensuring security and data residency.

You will shape a multi‑year strategy, define migration paths to CXM SaaS, and manage P&L for the portfolio, balancing
