Director, Construction project management

Plans and directs day to day operations and strategic direction of large, regional construction programs as well as mentor junior team members. Significantly contributes to creating and maintaining best in class policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains supply chain relationships.
Responsibilities
Management Leads, manages, recruits, develops staff, often across multiple IBXs Project Management Leads and manages large, regional construction programs Provides guidance and project leadership including ground up construction, remodels, renovations, etc., ensuring projects are meeting or exceeding company expectations Vendor Relations Directs as many as 25+ external vendors per project comprising General Contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etc. Leads in establishing and maintaining high value relationships Training Programs Leads in identifying and developing training programs Leads cross-functional training Contract Administration Leads in developing and executing effective contract administration procedures including generation, review, and monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentation Leadership Leads in mentoring junior team members Leads in directing all internal and external project team members including internal Design, Procurement, Operations, and IT/Network support teams Policy & Procedure Development Leads in creating and maintaining best in class policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Proven and in-depth experience in project and construction management Bachelor's degree preferred Ability and willingness to travel throughout France, Iberia and EMEA Proven experience of project management in a construction environment Customer focus Self-motivated and flexible In-depth knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and industry best practice Experienced in Construction procurement methodologies MS Office including MS Project, Excel and Visio skills
