Director, Commercial Excellence & Service Sales

Manitou Group in Ancenis, France, seeks a Director for Commercial Excellence to drive sales strategy, train regional teams, and deploy bundled services. You will lead the development of playbooks, service sales models, and organizational structures across regions, ensuring consistent processes and KPI tracking.

You will oversee CRM deployments, tie together regional inputs, and advance Manitou’s service-oriented business model while aligning training with the Regions and the Training Factory.
