Director, AI Platform Engineering

Datadog is seeking a senior engineering leader to manage an AI platform organization, overseeing around 20 engineers across two teams and shaping the technical roadmap. You will partner with product and other orgs to guide the future of AI infrastructure, including training, serving, deployment and monitoring.

You will recruit and mentor managers, build a strong organizational culture, and drive delivery in a hybrid work environment as the team scales rapidly.
