Directeur/trice de clientèle, communication financière [F/M/X]

As part of the development of our expertise in financial, extra-financial, and editorial communication, you will join the Brand Strategy & Experience team at Mantu. You will be involved in designing and implementing high-value communication strategies for a diverse client portfolio in a dynamic, international environment.

Your missions:

• Define and implement financial, extra-financial, and editorial communication strategies tailored to client needs.
• Advise and support companies and organizations with a personalized and, when necessary, on-site approach.
• Analyze communication challenges and map stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of internal and external dynamics, including extra-financial aspects.
• Structure client positioning, storytelling, and key messages, ensuring coherence and impact in financial and extra-financial communication.
• Develop and operationally implement communication materials (writing, information structuring, production team management).
• Actively participate in calls for tenders: propose adapted methodologies and define project scope in response to client briefs.

Your profile:

• Experience in financial and extra-financial communication (minimum 5 years), ideally in an agency or consulting firm.
• Strong writing skills and ability to develop impactful corporate content.
• Strategic mindset and ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
• Understanding of stakeholder relations and ESG-related issues.
• Academic background: Degree in Communication, Business, Political Science, or a related field.
• French and English fluent.
• You demonstrate proactivity, rigor, and enjoy both autonomy and teamwork.
