Job Description
PILOT the commercial performance & develop the Joint Reconstruction portfolio in the region, ensuring business objectives, leading on-field teams, and coordinating closely with medical, marketing and operations teams to deploy solutions, including robotic. Drive adoption with KOLs, surgeons, and hospital teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the regional commercial strategy aligned with national objectives.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, market share and profitability goals for the Joint Reconstruction range.
- Manage, coach and develop responsibilities of Clinical Development Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Animate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, surgeons and hospital teams to promote solution adoption.
- Lead deployment of robotic deals and local strategic projects (planning, coordination, implementation).
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management with medical and compliance functions.
- Supervise prospecting and development of strategic accounts (public and private hospitals).
- Manage forecasting, regional budgets and reporting to leadership (dashboards, analyses, action plans).
- Coordinate with product marketing, medical affairs, supply chain and customer service to ensure optimal client experience.
- Analyze market trends and propose action plans to anticipate competition and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bac+5 in commerce, management, biomedical engineering, life sciences or equivalent.
- Experience: 7+ years in medical devices, preferably in orthopedics / Joint Reconstruction, with proven leadership of regional sales teams.
- Specific knowledge: familiarity with orthopedic technologies (prostheses, navigation, surgical robotics) highly valued.
- Languages: French fluent; professional English required.

Compensation
€54,500.00 - €94,760.00
