Reporting directly to the Executive Management of TIMAC AGRO International , you will lead a business encompassing approximately 150 employees, combining commercial and industrial operations.

Building on the initiatives implemented over recent months, your ambition will be to take commercial development across the zone to the next level , leveraging market opportunities, the potential of our teams, and the strength of the TIMAC AGRO business model.

As a true entrepreneurial business leader, you will drive the zone's strategy, accelerate profitable growth, and unite local leaders around ambitious commercial objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and gain market share: Identify commercial opportunities, define an ambitious growth strategy, and accelerate sales development.
• Strengthen the TIMAC AGRO commercial model: Improve sales force effectiveness and profitability, accelerate the performance ramp-up of Technical Sales Representatives, and reinforce relationships with farmers and distributors.
• Drive the zone's financial performance: Take full ownership of the P&L, sustainably improve profitability, and optimize the performance of commercial and industrial operations.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams: Coach and empower local leaders, foster a strong commercial mindset, and strengthen accountability and collective performance.
• Deliver the zone's growth ambitions: Implement the Ambition 2030 strategy, represent the zone within TIMAC AGRO International, and contribute to the Group's strategic initiatives.

The Profile We Are Looking For

Above all, we are looking for a growth-driven business leader with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine entrepreneurial spirit.

• You have proven experience in General Management, Business Unit Leadership, or Commercial Leadership , with significant P&L responsibility.
• You have demonstrated your ability to develop markets, accelerate sales growth, and improve business profitability .
• You know how to lead, engage, and develop commercial and cross-functional teams, ideally in an international environment.
• You have a successful track record in agricultural inputs, plant nutrition, or crop nutrition , with a solid understanding of agricultural markets.
• You combine strategic vision, a hands-on approach, influential leadership, and a strong results-driven mindset .
• You have a good understanding of industrial operations and supply chain challenges.
• You are fluent in both French and English.
