JOB OVERVIEW

Director General Independent F/H at Bras Droit des Dirigeants – join the first externalized general direction network for TPE/PME/ETI. The role involves launching own business within a franchise network, providing operational missions: overall company steering, commercial support, succession preparation, CODIR animation, team management, external growth projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with clients for one or more days per week on operational missions.
• Lead global company steering, commercial development, succession preparation.
• Animate CODIR, organize and manage teams, conduct external growth projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 8 years of senior company leadership experience (group, business unit, etc.).
• Strong operational skills and managerial competence.
• Ability to understand and address leaders’ challenges.
• Commercial aptitude and entrepreneurial drive.
• Franchise status: rights of entry and royalty obligations.
