Overview

L’Hôtel & Spa Kasano 4* – Handwritten Collection, situé à Calvi, propose 39 chambres et suites, un spa et une piscine avec pool bar. L’établissement est ouvert de mi‑avril à mi‑octobre, mais le poste de Directeur(trice) Hébergement est à l’année.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual and group reservations.
• Recruit and lead the accommodation team.
• Prepare the season (organization, procedures, and schedules).
• Follow up on contracts with partners and service providers.
• Optimize guest experience and service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality with solid operational management skills.
• Strong organizational ability, autonomy, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS Opera Cloud) and Accor tools.
• Professional level of English and French language skills.
• Ability to work in a high‑end, small‑team environment.
