Working hours: Monday to Friday (Full-time)

Responsibilities

• Direction and global management of the equipment
• Collaboration with the territorial delegate at the early childhood level to pilot the delegation of public service of SAS LLPE GEX
• Management of administrative, pedagogical, and budgetary aspects of the site
• Manage a team of 14 employees, fostering professional positioning
• Welcome and accompany families, ensuring high-quality care
• Optimize attendance and maintain relationships with local partners

Qualifications

• Capacity in terms of management and decision-making
• Mastery of IT and budgetary tools
• Sense of priorities and responsibilities
• Proficiency in office tools and budget monitoring
• Proactive with strong values: respect, kindness, safety
• Dynamism and autonomy
• Similar experience preferred; support will be provided during onboarding
