The Role

A high profile, Sales Leadership opportunity, key responsibilities will include:

  • Direct and lead the Business in France, providing appropriate leadership, motivation and control to continually and aggressively grow top-line sales.
  • Manage the effective integration/restructuring of all existing teams and activities in accordance with the new European strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and pricing targets.
  • Lead form the front to aggressively sell and market the full brand portfolio and associated services to significantly increase customer awareness/perception.
  • Lead and inspire sales teams to develop consistent and high-profile sales in agreed sectors; maximising sales in each sector and increasing market penetration.
  • Develop and implement plans for the introduction of new products.
  • Collaborate effectively with Group teams to develop, implement and maintain appropriate sales, marketing and business initiatives.

Your experience & skills

  • A proven hands-on Sales Leader, able to demonstrate the ability to lead sales teams in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Able to demonstrate a successful and progressive sales/sales management track record gained in Building Products/Building Materials/Construction Chemicals.
  • Of Graduate calibre or similar.
  • Results focussed, your career to date will single you out as someone who is passionate about ‘making a difference’.
  • A motivational Sales Leader/Manager, your personal success will be matched by your ability to build high-performing teams.
