Role Overview

We are looking for a Director de magasin (F/H) at Level 7.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the team, fostering a positive environment and ensuring alignment of people and resources.
• Define and develop the commercial project for the store, executing merchandising policies and adjusting the offer based on commercial area analysis.
• Ensure store quality and operational excellence, managing supply, compliance with commercial rules and labor laws, and delivering an optimal customer experience.
• Drive activity and performance, monitoring key metrics such as revenue, margin, markdown, and ensuring budget adherence, goal attainment, regulatory compliance, and safety.

Qualifications

Holder of a Bac+5 degree in commerce, management, engineering, or equivalent experience of at least 2 years in a similar level of responsibility.
