en cohérence le projet commercial avec le projet d'entreprise.
SUIVI DE L'EXPLOITATION
COMMERCIALE :- Assurer
le suivi et le contrôle des différents budgets et mettre en place les actions
correctrices qui permettront d'optimiser le compte d'exploitation.
