Branch Manager

I manage a profit center in its entirety and contribute directly to the company's sustainability and development.

Manager : I'm in charge of coordinating all support and operating teams.

Sales : I develop the agency's portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage : pilot my profit center and ensure its profitability.

HR : I ensure skills development and maintain a good social climate.

Being a Team Leader is not something you can improvise. A true right‑hand man, he occupies a central position within the organization of my warehouse. The team leader supervises a team of forklift drivers, order pickers and material handlers.

My missions and responsibilities as branch manager

Operation

I manage operations at all sites and ensure service quality.

• I act as the link between regional (or area) management and operational teams, and implement the company's strategy.
• I manage an Operations Manager, and ensure that specifications and QHSE standards are applied throughout my area of responsibility.
• I chair agency meetings and set objectives.

I develop and maintain the agency's customer portfolio.

• I define, organize and monitor the sales strategy for my sector.
• I am in constant contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• I carry out public relations operations and represent the company.

I manage and guarantee the profitability of my agency.

• I determine and follow the annual budget.
• I analyze management indicators and adjust discrepancies.

Human resources

I ensure employee skills development and maintain a good social climate.

• I guarantee optimal personnel management (recruitment, training, careers...).
• I chair the CSE.
