Specialized in the design and construction of photovoltaic plants for professionals, our group, structured around multiple entities, supports companies in their energy transition with tailor‑made solutions: roof installers, canopy and ground‑mounted systems.
With 50 years experience in electrical engineering and more than 15 years in photovoltaics, we represent over 1,000 clients across the agricultural, industrial and tertiary sectors.
We have more than 100 employees across five agencies in Northern France, collaborating closely to deliver bespoke photovoltaic solutions.

Reporting directly to the group President and member of the CODIR , you will take responsibility for the commercial direction at group level.
Votre rôle : organize the organisation and mobilise the teams towards a clear ambition: accelerate the B2B activity while consolidating historic activities. Both strategic and operational, you will steer performance, methods, and daily sales dynamics.
Vos principaux défis seront les suivants :
- Define and deploy a common commercial roadmap, targeting 50% of revenue from self‑consumption.
- Manage, strengthen, and transform a 12‑person team, moving from a retention model to an active prospecting culture.
- Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and structuring sales processes.
- Represent the group to strategic clients and partners with regular field support.
- Collaborate with the technical direction to innovate and meet tenders.
Your geographical scope will cover Northern France, Grand Est and Normandy, with an ideal base in Lille or the Paris region. If based in Île‑de‑France, regular travel to headquarters is expected (2‑3 days per week in Lille).
