About the Role

PROSPACTIVE invites experienced commercial leaders to join our network of accredited experts. Your primary focus will be to drive growth strategies for TPE/PME across France, leveraging our proven methodology and digital audit tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth diagnostics using our digital audit suite to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement detailed action plans that optimize the performance of client companies.
• Guide leaders in adopting productivity practices to enhance visibility and reduce costs.
• Adjust strategies regularly based on evolving client needs.
• Share your expertise to enrich the PROSPACTIVE network and contribute to collective knowledge.

Qualifications

You are a seasoned commercial professional with at least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Preferred backgrounds include:

• Directeur(s) commercial(s), Chef(s) des ventes, Responsable(s) commercial(s)
• Consultant(s) indépendant(s) specialized in commercial strategy
• Managers de transition seeking to expand their career >1 year.
