Job Description
Within the creative studio department, you will report directly to the HQ team's studio manager.
Responsibilities
- Creating food references for proposed chefs
- Creating mood boards and inspiration boards for culinary concepts
- Iconographic research for culinary references
- Briefing F&B teams and chefs on menu proposals
- Ensuring consistency between proposed culinary offerings and the creative vision validated with clients
- Working with F&B teams at the production lab on the development and follow‑up of food design
- Involvement in tastings & events to ensure the creative vision validated with clients is upheld
Qualifications
- Being autonomous in your tasks and hands‑on from day 1 in a growing company
- Understanding how the business between food and brand works today
- Dealing with people who talk about food as much as you do
- A strong sensibility for brands (especially food, beverage, fashion and luxury)
- A strong knowledge in culinary chefs, culinary culture and arts
- A genuine eye for food aesthetics, mood boards and visual storytelling
- A rigorous, well‑organized person able to meet deadlines
- Comfortable with iconographic and trend research and production management
- Open‑minded, empathic and comfortable with client and chef relations
- First experience in Culinary Art Direction
- Background in design school, F&B or culinary school
