Overview

DAF‑ACTIVE is a network dedicated to supporting French TPE/PME in financial and administrative management. The role involves acting as a strategic finance advisor for small enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep diagnostic audits using digital tools to identify improvement areas.
• Develop and implement detailed action plans to optimize business performance.
• Guide business leaders in adopting practices that enhance productivity, visibility, and cost reduction.
• Monitor progress and adjust actions based on evolving needs.
• Share experiences and contribute to the GROUPEACTIVE network.

Qualifications

• Senior finance professional (CFO, Controller, Head of Finance) with at least 10 years of experience.
• Proven expertise in strategic finance development.
• Background as independent consultant, transition manager, or similar role is valued.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
