The Product(s) You Will Work On / The Team You Will Work With

The Direct & Indirect Procurement Product Manager leads the strategic planning, development and implementation of our solutions, covering direct and trade procurement, Point of Sales procurement and Indirect Procurement. The role defines product roadmaps, prioritises features, and oversees product development processes while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key Missions

• Demand Management – collect, qualify and assess demands, consolidate business & tech product backlogs, and integrate them into the appropriate squad backlog.
• Backlog Management – contribute to EPIC demands, serve as EPIC owner, analyse EPICs, prioritise and allocate features to Product Owners, and synchronise with portfolio backlog.
• ITFM – provide the product roadmap, squad resource needs forecast, oversee funding, perform variance analysis, and track product ROI and costs.
• Product Lifecycle Management – drive product vision through framing analysis, EPIC/feature definition, prioritisation, value generation, and oversight of squad activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Resource Management – coordinate product teams, animate the PO community, secure engagement and collaboration, define squad resource needs, and adjust plans based on capacity.

• Regular business review meetings with partners (editors, integrators, etc.)
• Vendor relationship management – selection, contract negotiation, budget and deliverables monitoring, and resource management.

Reporting Line

Align on key directives with the Product Manager weekly for day‑to‑day reporting and regularly with the Tech portfolio director and the business sponsor. Ad‑hoc reviews with other Tech leaders are planned as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 10 years’ professional experience in e‑procurement tool implementation (Ivalua and Coupa) with comprehensive procurement process knowledge.
• Experience with FMCG companies and consulting firms is highly appreciated.
• Strong experience in agile methods and product management.
• Knowledge of SAP environments is a plus.
• Fluency in English.

• Deep strategic planning capabilities.
• Strategic thinking & value‑driven mindset (roadmap creation, product vision articulation, value monitoring).
• Experience in Product Management and people management, preferably within a multiple‑team structure.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills (customer centricity).
• Good industry knowledge and insights into key challenges for the domain/family.
• Experience managing roll‑out plans of IT projects/programs/products.
• Understanding of agile mindset & practices.
