Your future responsibilities:
You will join the Hosting & Cloud Services department within PSL Infrastructure Services, ensuring platform security, compliance, and operational continuity across restricted operational environments.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Change Governance: Serve as the gatekeeper for system updates by reviewing and validating all technical change requests prior to implementation.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Maintain the cybersecurity posture of the platforms, guard against configuration drift, and ensure systems strictly adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
- Operational & Lifecycle Delivery: Coordinate daily incident resolution and track platform lifecycles to proactively address component obsolescence.
- Contract Steering: Direct external service contractors who execute routine, hands-on technical operations.
- Governance & Cross-Border Collaboration: Participate in Service Management Board (SMB) meetings and partner closely with the German Restricted Environments team to harmonize operational methods.
