As part of the Architecture & Projects team, you will be involved in a critical strategic initiative designed to guarantee the “Minimum Viable Company” operations in the event of a major infrastructure failure or cyber‑attack. • Project synergy: ensure seamless integration with parallel infrastructure programs such as R2P (Ransomware & Resilience Program) and the DataCenter Journey.
    • Governance: lead the synchronization of all stakeholders.
  3. Business Continuity & Transition Management
    • Organizational readiness: implement the end‑to‑end process ensuring that when the button is pushed, the business can actually function.
    • Switchover readiness: address the project's primary complexity—ensuring a seamless user switchover to the MVC environment on “Day1” of a crisis.
    • Business challenging: interface with business directorates to refine requirements, priorities, and recovery expectations.
