Responsabilités
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for collaborative platforms (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Adobe), ensuring alignment with business needs, user experience and adoption.
- Own the end‑to‑end of the collaborative platforms: vision, governance, performance, security, and user experience.
- Lead the deployment and governance of Microsoft Copilot and AI use‑cases, supporting business units in adoption and setting eligibility, use, and compliance rules.
- Establish and enforce a global governance framework (security, compliance, access control) in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
- Manage licensing strategy and cost optimisation: analyze usage, rationalise licences, and communicate budget impacts.
- Structure the operational and support model (L2/L3), formalise processes, and ensure service quality.
- Develop automation solutions (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API) to optimise operations, stabilise processes, and improve scalability.
- Track user experience and adoption metrics, define performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with international teams to deploy and evolve collaborative solutions, sharing best practices across entities.
- Act as a technical and functional reference for collaborative platforms, coaching Tech Leads, L2/L3, and external partners to resolve complex issues.
Profil
- Graduate with a Bac +5 in Engineering, Business or equivalent university degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an international Digital Workplace environment focused on collaborative platforms, product ownership, cross‑functional coordination, and complex technical ecosystems.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration services and governance.
- Ability to make structural decisions and drive initiatives autonomously, taking full responsibility for critical environments.
- Proven capacity to blend strategic steering, product ownership, and operational coordination of collaborative platforms with varying technical involvement.
- Experience managing change initiatives and supporting users in adopting new solutions.
- Ability to leverage expert teams, Tech Leads, L2/L3, and external partners for operations, implementation, and advanced support.
- Proficiency with communication and project management tools (Zoom, Jira, Confluence, …).
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and user adoption.
- Excellent communication skills and strong relational qualities for interacting within a large ecosystem.
- Fluency in English and French, orally and in writing.
- Appreciated sensitivity to the luxury sector and its values of excellence, precision, and creativity.
