Key Responsibilities

• Stay current with developments in digital safety to proactively improve protocols and community strategies.
• Engage with users to raise awareness about safety practices and encourage responsible online behavior.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for effective user interaction and issue resolution.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to identifying risks to user safety.
