Your Responsibilities

• Moderation of Content & Advertisements: Review user-generated content and ads to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. This may include sensitive content, such as violence.
• Risk Identification & Escalation: Proactively identify potential risks within the digital content and expedite escalation when necessary.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address identified risks and improve the overall user experience.
• Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all moderation activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluent French (C1) and English (written and spoken).
• Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
• Compliance & Risk Management Knowledge: A solid understanding of compliance principles and risk management practices.
• Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using computers and relevant software tools.
• Self‑Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

Contract & Working Conditions

• Contract Type: To be discussed during the hiring process.
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week.
• Flexible schedule available; exact hours will be determined upon contract finalization.
• Work Mode: Onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Relocation Package

• Rental allowance for the duration of the contract (rent in Bulgaria can run anywhere from 250 to 400 euros depending on location).
• Flight reimbursement (depends but can be done immediately on arrival or with the first salary).
• Real estate admin assistance.
