Mission
The Digital Transformation Project Manager plays a key role in supporting Zadient's growth by driving the successful execution of the company's digital transformation roadmap. Working closely with business and IT teams, the role delivers projects that improve operational efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity, enable data-driven decision making and prepare the company for future industrial growth. Acting as the bridge between business teams and IT, the role ensures successful project delivery while creating measurable business value.
1. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Management
- Support the deployment and execution of Zadient's IT roadmap by coordinating strategic initiatives across business and IT.
- Lead cross-functional IT projects from initiation to deployment.
- Manage scope, planning, budget, risks and stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery, testing and transition to operations.
- Implement and maintain IT Roadmap project tracking, identify risks and propose mitigation actions to ensure successful execution.
Business Analysis & Business Partnering
- Capture and challenge business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Support process improvement and digital transformation.
- Prioritize initiatives with business stakeholders.
Digital Transformation & IT Solutions
- Deliver and coordinate digital transformation projects contributing to the deployment of Zadient's IT roadmap across Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, SAP Business ByDesign, Microsoft 365, Digital Workplace, IT Governance and Business Continuity.
- Coordinate software vendors and implementation partners.
- Support supplier selection and contract follow-up.
- Drive user adoption through communication, training and UAT.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, GDPR and cybersecurity policies.
- Maintain the IT project portfolio and provide visibility on IT roadmap execution through KPIs and executive reporting.
- Promote automation, AI adoption and continuous improvement.
2. Examples of Key Deliverables (first 3-6 months)
- Implement the IT Roadmap within a project tracking and reporting tool, including risks and mitigation actions
- Develop a cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business objectives and risk priorities
- Ensure reliable and efficient IT support services for all Zadient employees
- Identify AI use cases, assess potential solutions, and recommend the most suitable options
3. Working environment
- Reports to the IT Director.
- Main stakeholders: Finance, HR, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and external partners.
4. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in information systems or engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of IT Project Management and Business Analysis experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and ERP projects.
- Fluent English and French.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
