THE MISSION
We are looking for a high‑impact, business‑driven Digital & Social Media Manager to elevate EX NIHILO globally and drive the next phase of exponential growth.
This is not a traditional social media role. This is a strategic and execution‑driven role at the core of the company, at the intersection of:
- Brand (image, desirability, storytelling)
- Business (growth, engagement, conversion)
- Performance (data, ROI, impact)
You will be responsible for turning EX NIHILO into a digital‑first luxury icon, with a strong cultural footprint, especially in the United States.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a next‑generation Digital & Social Media Manager – a true creator + strategist hybrid.

- Understands how to build attention, community, and desire at scale
- Masters digital platforms, analytics and performance monitoring
PAST EXPERIENCES WE VALUED
- Build a social media plan consistently with the brand & communication strategy
- Pilot content creation with internal teams / external agencies / content creators, in perfect alignment with the brand artistic direction
- Create, shoot, edit, publish content at speed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Creation (Execution Excellence)- Build a yearly calendar per platform, planify content creation and ensure adherence to publication timelines
- Instagram feed: pilot the creation of high‑quality story‑telling content and create a strong recognizable identity
- Instagram stories: produce content daily, owning the full process: idea → shoot → edit → publish
- TikTok: scout edgy content creators and engage them with the brand to feature our products
- LinkedIn: cover EX NIHILO corporate actualities (in‑person when possible) and publish in real time
- Define and execute a clear growth strategy across platforms
- Drive engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Analyze performance (views, retention, saves, conversion) and optimize continuously
- Manage KPIs and contribute directly to brand visibility and business impact
- Monitor and anticipate TikTok & Instagram trends in real time
- Translate trends into relevant, brand‑elevating content
- Stay deeply connected to fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and music culture
- Identify, engage, and collaborate with top creators and influencers (especially US‑based)
- Understand creator codes, formats, and tone of voice and make the right choices for the brand
- Build a strong community and brand advocacy
- Ensure a consistent, aspirational, and distinctive brand image
- Balance luxury codes with Gen Z accessibility
- Push boundaries while protecting the brand DNA
- Strong understanding of US social media and consumer dynamics
- Adapt content to maximize relevance and traction in the US
- Benchmark against best‑in‑class US beauty & luxury brands
PROFILE
- Native English speaker or perfectly fluent (mandatory)
- Proven experience in social media, content creation, or digital brand building
- Strong skills in video production (shooting & editing)
- Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok ecosystems
- Ability to combine creative instinct with data‑driven thinking
