Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital Project Leader (f/m) to join our Customer Services Digital Excellence team (SDOC) based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing digital products and services covering Digital Customer Journey, In Service A/C Management, Training and Flight Ops, and Business Owned Tools Nursery . As part of the Customer Services Innovation and Digital Solutions (SD) team , you will be involved in leading projects for a full set of digital products and services and Business Owned Tools (BOTs) aiming at supporting and operating our customers' aircrafts and being a key actor in the Customer Service Digital Journey .

- Assessing & monitoring the expected Digital Project’s value
- Ensuring the on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery of the Digital Project
- Providing the Digital Project’s maturity, along its lifecycle, to all stakeholders
- Consolidating the Business Requirements or To Be vision to enable the design of the digital solution
- Enabling the change management activities to secure the end-users’ onboarding and adoption, alongside managing the suppliers’ deliveries
