Digital Product Owner

Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to recruit a Digital Product Owner for their AI Workflow Accelerator based in Paris.

This is a new and high-visibility position within Sanofi’s global Digital Accelerator programme. The AI Workflow Accelerator is building an intelligent workflow platform designed to transform how Sanofi operates internally, starting with procurement. The goal is to automate and simplify complex business processes using AI, data, and automation, creating faster, smarter, and more efficient ways of working across the organisation.

As the Digital Product Owner, you will own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to define features, measure impact, and ensure continuous product improvement. The role offers high strategic visibility and the opportunity to shape one of Sanofi’s flagship AI initiatives from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the product roadmap in alignment with business and digital objectives
• Translate business needs into AI-enabled product capabilities and measurable outcomes
• Manage backlog prioritisation and agile delivery with the development teams
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across business, technology, and data domains
• Establish product success metrics and continuously drive improvement

Requirements

• Strong experience in digital product management or product ownership in complex environments
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with AI, data-driven products, or workflow automation tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Paris, three days per week on-site in Sanofi’s Digital Accelerator office
