DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER

Your role

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle , from discovery and ideation through delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement
• Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product visions, technical requirements, and prioritized roadmaps
• Build and deploy new digital capabilities and features aligned with the product backlog and business priorities
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, and platform teams to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans
• Ensure technical feasibility and scalability , working with development teams on architecture, integrations, and platform alignment
• Act as a bridge between business and technology , facilitating clear communication between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
• Define, track, and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and support data-driven decision making
• Ensure backbone platforms are fit for purpose , maintained, and aligned with regional and divisional needs
• Support go-to-market activities in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations
• Manage and be accountable for product-related budget and spendings
• Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging technologies, and product management best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems , or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in product management, digital product ownership, or technical project management
• Strong understanding of digital technologies , including web/mobile platforms, APIs, and system integrations
• Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, digital transformation, or data-centric products
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps concepts
