Your role
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle , from discovery and ideation through delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement
Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product visions, technical requirements, and prioritized roadmaps
Build and deploy new digital capabilities and features aligned with the product backlog and business priorities
Collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, and platform teams to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans
Ensure technical feasibility and scalability , working with development teams on architecture, integrations, and platform alignment
Act as a bridge between business and technology , facilitating clear communication between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
Define, track, and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and support data-driven decision making
Ensure backbone platforms are fit for purpose , maintained, and aligned with regional and divisional needs
Support go-to-market activities in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations
Manage and be accountable for product-related budget and spendings
Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging technologies, and product management best practices
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems , or a related field
3-7 years of experience in product management, digital product ownership, or technical project management
Strong understanding of digital technologies , including web/mobile platforms, APIs, and system integrations
Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Nice to have
Experience in SaaS, digital transformation, or data-centric products
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps concepts
