As a Product Designer at North, you'll support the design of digital products end-to-end, working alongside other designers, product managers, and developers. You'll contribute to research, UX, and UI design, helping bring user-friendly and visually polished solutions to life. We're looking for someone eager to grow, collaborate, and take ownership of their work while learning from the team.

As a Product Designer at North, you will...\n\n

Work with Product Managers and teammates to understand project requirements and user needs.

Support and conduct user research activities to inform design decisions.

Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and test ideas.

Design high-quality interfaces and deliver pixel-perfect layouts in Figma.

Iterate based on feedback from the team, clients, and users.

Ensure consistency in design deliverables and contribute to our design system.

Ideally, you'll bring...\n\n4 years of experience in digital product design (UX and UI) in the banking, finance or fintech sector...

Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of prototyping tools.

Certifications or degrees in HCI and accessibility

Evidence of success metrics with clients

Additional skills: illustration, motion design, copywriting, development, etc.

Strong communication skills in Spanish, and ability to explain your design choices.
