Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Platform Product Owner (H/F) for our web platform, responsible for end‑to‑end project management and the complete lifecycle of key business applications. The role ensures added value for the company and technical reliability of the web platform and related communication tools, while acting as liaison between operational units, IT services, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the commercial value and technical health of the web platform (imerys.com) and other communication applications.
• Serve as the liaison between internal commercial units, other IT services, and external partners.
• Translate business needs, define value as the primary prioritisation criterion, and monitor delivery and optimisation of that value.
• Charge of project charters, tenders, engineering evolutions, roadmap definition, and product vision.
• Manage the product backlog, hold discovery workshops, and ensure preparatory criteria are met before launching projects.
• Translate needs into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise new features, corrective updates, and security patches.
• Supervise Drupal lifecycle, ensuring timely installation of security updates.
• Collaborate with InfraOps on AWS hosting (performance, scalability, cost optimisation) and coordinate security implementation.
• Define and validate test plans, ensuring delivery acceptance before production.
• Review vendor proposals, manage budgets, and track key performance indicators such as team velocity and SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, information systems, or engineering.
• More than 5years of hands‑on experience on web or application projects.
• Demonstrated product/platform management experience.
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile methodologies).
• Experience in RFI/RFP processes and vendor selection.
• Strong vendor‑management experience with external service providers.
• Previous work in a global, multicultural organisation.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Technical expertise in Drupal (Core, Contrib, CMI), site building, Security Operations, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront), API integrations, CI/CD pipelines.
• Leadership skills: stakeholder management, prioritisation by value, partner oversight, long‑term product vision, communication between business units and development teams, documentation of deliverables.
