About the Role
We are looking for a high-performance Digital Marketing Specialist who knows how to scale.
You will manage and optimize paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms, with a clear focus on driving revenue and growth.
Responsibilities
- Managing and scaling ad campaigns
- Creating and optimizing high-performing creatives (including video)
- Advanced video editing and use of AI tools
- Analyzing performance data and making fast, data-driven decisions
- Continuously improving campaigns to achieve and maintain strong ROAS
This role is about one thing: performance and scaling.
Compensation Structure
- Variable: 10% of ad spend above $25,000
We increase the ad budget only when performance is strong (ROAS above 3).
When results are consistent, the budget increases by 25% step-by-step.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong skills in creative production, especially video and AI tools
- Data-driven mindset with a clear focus on ROAS and scaling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Must have
- Proven results in high-ticket or luxury e-commerce
- Clear, verifiable track record of seven-figure performance results
- Experience with products priced $2,500+ on average
