About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale our digital marketing performance across Europe.

Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director, you will act as a true strategic partner, co‑building our digital vision and driving its execution across Europe and shaping and executing DNP’s digital strategy, driving measurable impact on both B2B pipeline growth and brand visibility across B2B2C channels.

This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up: your first mission will be to establish strong digital foundations (website, SEO, content, analytics), then leverage them to generate long‑term growth.

Your Mission

Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders: Marketing teams, Sales, Product Marketing, IT, Legal, Finance, international teams (Europe & Japan), as well as external agencies and digital partners.

Phase 1: Build strong foundations for Service Business Growth (Year 1)

  • Lead the full website redesign and structuring
  • Define and deploy a long‑term SEO, GEO and content strategy
  • Set up analytics, attribution and performance dashboards
  • Structure CRM and marketing automation (lead nurturing, scoring, flows)

Phase 2: Drive growth and performance (Year 2+)

  • Turn digital into a measurable contributor to the B2B sales pipeline
  • Boost brand awareness and engagement across Europe
  • Optimize acquisition and performance across all channels

In Parallel: Additional Responsibilities

  • Co‑build the annual digital roadmap with the Marketing Director
  • Manage agencies and partners (SEO, GEO, SEA, CRM, content …)
  • Own and optimize the digital budget allocation

Lead with Data

  • Track key KPIs: pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, conversions
  • Produce clear insights and recommendations
  • Build a data‑driven decision culture within the business

Team Management

  • Manage one person
  • Recruit and develop a digital team (1 – 3 people)
  • Promote digital best practices across the organization

Your Profile

  • 8 – 10 years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B/B2B2C
  • Strong expertise in SEO and content (critical for this role)
  • Proven experience in website redesign or digital structuring projects
  • Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations (GA4, dashboards, performance tracking)
  • Experience managing agencies and multi‑channel strategies
  • First experience in team management
  • Fluent English (international environment)
