Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our global digital transformation and coordinate digital initiatives across our 39 countries and territories.
This position, reporting to the Director of Communication, Brand and Digital Marketing, is key to ensure an integrated, fluid and efficient digital ecosystem for the group and among all entities, supporting the implementation of strategic marketing and communication initiatives at Group level.
As the point of contact for our international MarComs community, you will also coordinate cross‑functional projects and contribute to the smooth operation of global communication activities.
Main Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy and Transformation
- Define and implement the group’s digital marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify digital marketing innovation opportunities to enhance customer experience while maintaining continuous technological monitoring of trends in the insurance sector.
International Coordination
- Lead and coordinate the network of digital managers across local entities to ensure consistency of initiatives while respecting the specificities of each market.
- Organise regular steering committees and facilitate the sharing of best practices among subsidiaries.
Digital Project Management
- Oversee the digital marketing project portfolio (website redesigns, mobile applications, customer portals, process automation) from conception to deployment.
- Supervise budgets, timelines, and ensure reporting to senior management.
Digital Customer Experience
- Optimize digital customer journeys (online subscription, customer portal) by leveraging data analysis and user feedback.
- Monitor key performance indicators (conversion rate, customer satisfaction, NPS).
Vendor and Partner Management
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, solution providers, and technology partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Technical Skills
- Analytics and data (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, visualization tools)
- CMS and web platforms, CRM and marketing automation tools
- Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI design and SEO/SEA
Preferred Experience
Education
Advanced degree in Digital Marketing
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector. You are proficient in project management tools and methodologies, as well as web and mobile technologies.
Your experience coordinating multicultural teams and your ability to unite stakeholders around a shared vision are essential assets. You are comfortable with the challenges of digital transformation in a regulated environment.
You possess strong analytical skills and can translate data into strategic recommendations. You have full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
