Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Digital Content Manager to support our global digital transformation and coordinate central initiatives across our 39 countries and territories.
This position, reporting to the Director of Communication, Brand and Digital Marketing, is key to ensure an integrated, fluid and efficient digital communication ecosystem for the group and among all entities, supporting the implementation of strategic brand and communication initiatives at Group level.
As the point of contact for our international Coms community, you will also coordinate cross‑functional projects and contribute to the smooth operation of global communication activities.
Main Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy and Transformation
- Define and implement the group’s digital content strategy in alignment with business objectives and Search strategies.
- Define editorial line and calendar and deployment among all ecosystem (website, social networks, external platforms, …) centrally and in coordination with local countries.
- Identify digital innovation opportunities to enhance customer experience while maintaining continuous technological monitoring of trends in the insurance sector.
International Coordination
- Lead and coordinate the network of digital managers across local entities to ensure consistency of initiatives while respecting the specificities of each market.
- Organize regular steering committees and facilitate the sharing of best practices among subsidiaries.
Digital Project Management
- Oversee the central digital content project portfolio (corporate websites, social platforms, blogs, third parties …) from conception to deployment.
- Supervise budgets, timelines, and ensure reporting to senior management.
Digital Customer Experience
- Optimize digital customer journeys by leveraging data analysis and user feedback.
- Monitor key performance indicators (conversion rate, customer satisfaction, NPS).
Vendor and Partner Management
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, solution providers, and technology partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Technical Skills
- Analytics and data (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, visualization tools), CMS and web platforms, CRM and marketing automation tools, Agile methodologies and project management tools, basic knowledge of UX/UI design and SEO/GEO.
Preferred Experience
Education: Advanced degree in Digital content management.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, and web and mobile technologies.
Your experience coordinating multicultural teams and your ability to unite stakeholders around a shared vision are essential assets. Comfortable with the challenges of digital transformation in a regulated environment.
You possess strong analytical skills and can translate data into strategic recommendations. Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
