Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our global digital transformation and coordinate digital initiatives across our 39 countries and territories. The position reports to the Director of Communication, Brand and Digital Marketing and is key to ensuring an integrated, fluid and efficient digital ecosystem for the group and all entities, supporting the implementation of strategic marketing and communication initiatives at group level.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and implement the group’s digital marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify digital marketing innovation opportunities to enhance customer experience and monitor trends in the insurance sector.
- Lead and coordinate the network of digital managers across local entities to ensure consistency of initiatives, respecting each market’s specificities.
- Organise regular steering committees and facilitate the sharing of best practices among subsidiaries.
- Oversee the digital marketing project portfolio (website redesigns, mobile applications, customer portals, process automation) from conception to deployment.
- Supervise budgets, timelines and ensure reporting to senior management.
- Optimise digital customer journeys (online subscription, customer portal) using data analysis and user feedback.
- Monitor key performance indicators (conversion rate, customer satisfaction, NPS).
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, solution providers and technology partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Utilise analytics and data tools, CMS and web platforms, CRM and marketing automation tools, Agile methodologies and project management tools, and basic knowledge of UX/UI design and SEO/SEA.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management, ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, web and mobile technologies.
- Experience coordinating multicultural teams and uniting stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
