Digital Marketing & Content Production Support Internship

With more than 130 employees, EthiFinance is established in France, Spain, and Germany, with offices in Granada, Madrid, Hanover, Frankfurt, Lyon, and Paris. It serves more than 350 clients across Europe, including companies (SMEs, mid‑cap companies, and large corporations), financial institutions, investors (asset managers, institutional investors, private equity), and local authorities.

Responsibilities

In the context of a renewed marketing and communications strategy with a strong focus on digital, the role involves providing technical and logistical support to the team.

The intern will report to the Head of Communication & Marketing and will work under the operational supervision of the person in charge of digital marketing and the person in charge of content production for their respective tasks.

Digital marketing support

• Direct support for lead generation activities (campaigns, database optimization, tracking, etc.)
• Management and updating of the WordPress site
• SEO support (strategy, writing, technical optimization)
• KPI monitoring and reporting
• Optimization of marketing contact databases
• Social media & community management: managing the publication schedule, formatting and posting content

Communication support

• Organizational support for events in which teams participate and marketing materials (brochures, kakemono, etc.)

Required profile

• Marketing-Communication studies, with Digital Marketing focus (Master level)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Tools: WordPress-type CMS, basic HTML, visual tools such as Canva, proficiency in office software, particularly Excel
• Languages: bilingual in French and English (spoken and written). German or Spanish is a plus.
