To support this mission, we are looking for a Digital & IT Service Operations Performance lead to shape and elevate how Digital & IT services are delivered, measured, and continuously improved across the company worldwide.\n\n

Working closely with the VP GDIT Operations and other Operations leaders , this is a highimpact leadership role at the heart of our Global Digital & IT Operations, combining service excellence, financial governance, ITLT process maturity, and stakeholder trust, across multiple domains including infrastructure, end-user services, enterprise Businesses applications, Security and SAP, Data platform.
