Digital Health Business Development Manager (m/f/d) DACH & France
A Day in the Life
The Digital Health Business Development Manager DACH & France is responsible for driving the adoption, deployment, and commercial growth of Digital Health solutions across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and France.
Reporting to the Digital Health Leader Western Europe, this role leads regional market development, coordinates cross-functional teams, and drives execution of digital health strategies within clinical pathways and healthcare systems.
This is a hands-on, customer facing role with strong exposure to customer interactions in the field and direct integration tasks.
The position combines business development, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership to ensure successful implementation and scaling of digital health solutions across the region.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive adoption and revenue growth of digital health and remote patient monitoring solutions across DACHBuild and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities with hospital systems and healthcare providers
Lead complex sales cycles involving clinical, IT, procurement, and executive stakeholders
Support tender processes and convert evaluation projects into commercial deployments
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Build relationships with hospital leadership, clinicians, and digital health stakeholders
Collaborate with healthcare partners, system integrators, and innovation networks
Clinical & Solution Positioning
Position digital health solutions within clinical pathways such as pre-peri -post-discharge monitoring
Translate clinical needs into value-based business cases and support pilots and demonstrations
Team Coordination & Execution
Coordinate cross-functional teams
Support local market teams and ensure execution of regional digital health initiatives
Drive delivery against regional business objectives
Required Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or related field5-7 years experience in healthcare, medical technology, digital health or healthcare solutions
Experience in business development, sales, solution sales or commercial implementation within Med
Tech or healthcare solutions
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, hospital workflows and clinical pathways in DACH and/or France
Fluent German and English or fluent French and English. Additional German or French language skills would be an advantage
Willingness to travel across the DACH & France region
