Role Description

Role: Global Assurance Digital – Go to Market Leader, a strategic position that supports the Global Assurance Service Line in designing, developing and implementing go‑to‑market strategies for Assurance technology, including our market‑leading global digital audit. The role enables EY’s multi‑billion‑dollar investment program to integrate and transform Assurance technologies across our global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, design and implement EY’s go‑to‑market strategies for Assurance technology and oversee the enablement of the AI‑powered platform across the global assurance network.
• Partner with senior stakeholders in the Global Assurance team and regional representatives to accelerate digital transformation of audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, Forensics and Climate Change & Sustainability services.
• Facilitate change‑management programs and improve operating models to deliver and scale solutions.
• Co‑lead client innovation sessions, technology showcases and pursuit best‑practice sharing to enhance client experience and support growth of top‑end accounts.
• Develop competitor intelligence, market insights and persuasive value propositions for execution on strategic pursuits.
• Collaborate with cross‑function teams (Product Management, Client Services, Talent, etc.) to embed technology solutions and drive enterprise adoption.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Deep knowledge of EY’s global Assurance digital assets, including AI‑powered platforms and associated deployment roadmaps.
• Exceptional communication, coaching and value‑proposition development skills.
• Proven experience working with senior executive stakeholders and leading change initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and team‑working skills across matrixed client teams, alliances, suppliers and global virtual teams.
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).

Desired Experience

• 12+ years of experience, including roles in Assurance or Assurance‑adjacent functions.
• Experience in go‑to‑market, pursuit, activation or implementation roles within the professional services or technology field.

Benefits

Competitive base compensation ranging from $228,600 to $452,600 USD (U.S. locations); $274,300–$514,300 USD for key metro areas. Salary ranges are determined by education, experience, skills and geography. Additional rewards include a discretionary bonus program, comprehensive medical, prescription drug and dental coverage, defined contribution pension plan, 401(k), paid vacation, statutory holidays and other paid leave. For Canadian locations, total rewards also include flexible vacation, paid holidays, and other programs to support financial, physical and social well‑being. The role is represented in a hybrid model with 40–60% in‑office collaboration.

What We Look For

The role may involve direct supervision and requires advising, coaching and influencing EY global stakeholders. Responsibilities include commissioning projects and activities from Core Business Services and collaborating with regional teams while maintaining considerable autonomy.
