Digital Finance Data & Analytics Program Manager (f/m)

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital Finance Data & Analytics Program Manager to join our ERP CoE Digital Finance team based in Toulouse (Blagnac), France. You will be part of a team developing the Digital Centre of Excellence for ERP activities. As part of the Digital Finance Product Service Line, you will be involved in the Data & Analytics lifecycle management aiming at generating the maximum value of our ERP (SAP) landscape and driving Digital roadmap, AI, and GenAI initiatives with the Finance community.

Challenges

• Architect the long‑term Digital Data and Analytics strategic roadmap for Finance, aligning the digital strategy with business goals.
• Evaluate and prioritise end‑to‑end Data and Analytics use cases, ensuring all initiatives meet strict standards for Time, Cost and Quality.
• Proactively steer the Finance DnA portfolio risk and opportunities, identifying opportunities for acceleration while mitigating bottlenecks.
• Establish Data and Analytics standards and governance frameworks for Finance to ensure compliance and scalability.
• Democratise Analytics and AI access across Finance products and translate complex technical progress into clear communication for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Background in Information Technology, or a Big Data related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Data and Analytics Product and Project Management.
• Technical expertise in IT Product / Service lifecycle management and ERP (SAP) core ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and lead multi‑functional teams.
• Negotiation level of English and full autonomy to operate in a complex, fast‑paced transnational environment.
