Digital & Data Analysis Referent (M/F)
Job Overview
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital & Data Analysis Referent (f/m) to join our Business Operations Support department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing the digital transformation strategy and operational performance for the Procurement organization and will contribute to the Material & Parts Team, driving digital projects, building automated data analytics, and leading change management to streamline business workflows and foster a data‑driven culture across our global supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Drive the digital transformation roadmap by collecting and prioritizing business needs into value‑added digital solutions.
- Build easy‑to‑understand data visualizations (using Skywise, QlikSense, G Suite) tailored for audiences ranging from operational teams to top management.
- Manage end‑to‑end change management, simplifying the digital tool landscape and ensuring alignment with standardized corporate solutions.
- Develop and drive digital competencies across the POM organization through coaching, learning labs, and sharing best practices.
- Support procurement data governance to ensure accuracy and consistency across various supply‑chain databases.
Qualifications
- Proven professional background combining operational supply chain / procurement knowledge with digital and data analysis expertise.
- Hands‑on proficiency with digital capabilities and data visualization tools (e.g., Skywise, QlikSense, Google Workspace).
- Strong capability to translate user requirements into functional specifications and act as a bridge between operational users and IT.
- Leadership skills to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive digital adoption across all organizational levels.
- Full business fluency in English; other languages a plus.
- Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
